We’re looking for people who want to use their research or clinical expertise to drive medical breakthroughs for chronic conditions. Our Research, Science, and Medical Teams are pairing with the medical community to develop innovative research projects to better leverage individual health data, and enable more personalised health outcomes.
We're looking for big-picture thinkers who are highly collaborative in nature. At Human Health; People, Growth and Operations are the hubs of all action, so we need people who can roll up their sleeves and translate our mission of personalising healthcare into practical outcomes.

There are three core components to how we interview potential team members.

We'll have an initial chat to understand your experience, tell you more about Human Health, and learn about your ambitions for your next role.
Skills interview

Skills-based exercise
We'll ask you to take the role for a test run by completing a small task with similar challenges to what you will face in the role. You'll run us through your idea and we will jam on it together.

Our final interview is a chance for you to get to know our founders, and for us to learn what you care about. This is a great time for you to showcase how you have added to your previous organisations, and for you to ask any questions you may have.
